PURCHASE PROCEDURE & POLICY

Purchase Procedure

1. Look for the product that you want on our website.

2. Message us in our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/TaniaMalaysia/
if you have trouble choosing the suitable product.

3. After confirming the product to purchase, you can add the product to the shopping cart from this website.  Please provide your NAME, SHIPPING ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER to place an order, also double confirm the order before making the payment.

4. After we confirm the payment, the product will be shipped out to you within two (2) working days.


Shipping (MALAYSIA)

For WEST Malaysia customer, a flat rate of RM6.50 applies for every order (maximum 5kg).  The fee for each additional kg is RM1.00.

For EAST Malaysia customer, a flat rate of RM13.00 applies for every order (maximum 1 kg).  The fee for each additional kg is RM9.00.

We will use Ninja Van courier company.

After customer placing an order, we need 2 working days for our stock preparation, the 3rd day of ordering is counted as the 1st day of delivery.  Normally delivery time takes 2-5 working days for West M’sia and 5-9 working days for East M’sia.

We will email every customer your tracking number of the parcel when the parcel is picked up by courier service.
