Conditions of Return/ Refund

1) All products sold are NOT RETURNABLE AND REFUNDABLE except for wrong or damaged products received.

2) You have five (5) days to return an item from the date you received it.

3) Please take photo of the wrong/ damaged products and email to lataniamy@gmail.com.

4) Please send your parcel via a delivery method which allows tracking.  We will bear the postage fee for the returned item.

5) Once received the returned item, we will send out the exact product to you within two (2) working days.
